Warren Q. Peebles brings more than a decade of hands-on litigation experience to victims of car crashes, truck collisions, and serious motor vehicle accidents across South Florida. With a foundation in both courtroom litigation and insurance negotiation, Warren leads the firm’s motor vehicle accident division with a commitment to client-first service. His experience spans rear-end collisions, catastrophic injuries, rideshare accident claims, and complex multi-vehicle crashes. Warren works directly with victims and their families to ensure that every case is thoroughly investigated and pursued with urgency and care.

A graduate of Stetson University College of Law, Warren earned multiple accolades for his public service work and trial preparation. Earlier in his legal career, he supported criminal prosecutions with the State Attorney’s Office and gained experience managing high-stakes legal matters. Warren lives in Palm Beach County with his wife, Lana. He is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. He also advocates for veterans in need, offering support for VA benefit claims at the federal level.
